I live in GA born in Springfield TN. Need my shot records for acceptance to Grad school and a new Federal job. Called to request records. They took my email address to supposedly forward a release form. NEVER. received it so I called back after I located their email address on their site. Forward a hand written release. Was told they dont know the email address I emailed. * I suggest you take it off Your site then* I asked for her email and once she gave it to me I asked that she hold the line to Make sure she received. Well of course she got it. Read it back then need to consult a Supervisor . But of course they are closing so it will have to be in the morning and of course I bet I wont be taken care of then either. It wouldve been too easy to forward my shot record back to my email address. You had my signature and ALL my information on the letter I sent. You would think I was asking them to take Money out of a bank account and forward to a different one. Now because of them I may miss my summer deadline of getting registered for classes. Carma comes two fold and I hope they think of me when they or someone they love need help. So glad Im out of that sorry town.

I went to Robertson Co Health Dept today after endless attempts to get in at planned parenthood in Nashville, due to being unemployed and losing my insurance coverage. despite my situation, Planned parenthood still wanted to charge me a $65 fee as well as a fee for being a new patient. Robertson Co Health dept staff was not only friendly, and knowledgeable but willing to work with me on getting the healthcare I needed at very low cost. I have already scheduled another appointment to visit their primary physician there, in hopes that experience will also be a pleasant one.
