My son was not accepted for treatment at this facility despite being referred by his primary care doctor who is part of IU Health System. Their website states they treat his illness and accept Medicare. However, they will not treat him. I am filing a complaint with Medicare Quality of Care Organization.

Three months after my first visit I get a bill for over $1000. I call to talk about it, they never call back. Billing calls and blames it on the system. Not only did they not help the problem I went there for, they created a new one for me financially. Very disappointed, and I feel betrayed.

They dont listen very well at all. Im not sure the therapist really care that much about the people they say they are trying to help. One laughed at me in the middle of talking. And it was not a funny conversation. She was plainly just rude.
