Id vote "0 Stars if I could". Absolutely horrible on 3 areas: Extremely rude staff,Gets my medicines wrong, and months to get in and actually get treatment. 1. Their front office staff is combative, argumentative and in general very rude. They entered my data incorrectly, locking me out of the patient portal. Will they fix it? Nope. They pass the buck and get pissy when you expect them to do their job. They also refuse to hand out charts for moths old data, because "reasons". 2. I have diabetes, and heart disease runs in the family. They get my prescription wrong, and again and again, they give me the *wrong* one. Its like nothing is there when I explain "No, thats the wrong drugs"... I guess theyre getting paid to do the XR versions of drugs (sigh) 3. And I had labs in November. Guess what? When I wanted a follow-up, crickets. February was the *soonest*?!? This is completely unacceptable. And that February schedule was made back in October. Id daresay that this goes into possible medical malpractice, knowing I have diagnosed symptoms and medical problems Im asking them to address.

I love Dr. Knudson. She is really helpful and supportive of patient needs. Sure, it takes a long time to get a first appointment if you are not a patient of record, but since becoming a patient of record I can get in whenever I need to. For example, I have a thyroid condition that needs checked every year. My old doctor was going to make me wait three months to get in when my script would need to be renewed in a month, so I decided to find someone closer to home. They kindly prescribed my medication for the amount of time it would be until my initial appointment and everyone was very kind once I was in the office. This year when my script was due for renewal in a month, SIP gave me an appointment for a week after I called.

Well its a waste of time trying to get an appointment here, theyre "accepting new patients" but you cant get in to see a doctor for 8weeks! Anne in scheduling was just as cold and rude as you can imagine, telling me that it didnt matter what I did or who I wanted to schedule I wouldnt get in. Thats a nice business practice, God forbid if somethings wrong and you need to be seen, because IU Health has the attitude that they would rather you just up and die than be taken care of. This isnt the only office Ive experienced this with, if you want quality service and care I suggest that you go with anyone other than anything associated with IU Health.

Sure it takes a while to get a first appointment, but after that I get in fast, sometimes even same day, always have calls and emails answered. Dr. Archer actually sits down with me and doesnt get up until I am finished with any questions. Ive used their lab, been to their cardiologist and found everyone to be friendly, helpful, informative and have a sense of humor!

I see Dr Archer in this office and I really like him... yes it may be hard to get in at first for new patients but after that first appointment you can get same day appointments....everyone I have talk to has been so nice...

Ive always had great treatment from Dr. Lenz. Yes, it takes some time to get seen, but good doctors are always busy. Get in the queue and things get easy once you have your first visit.

Really needed to see a doctor but, took 5 weeks to see a doctor! Whats the point? Get your act together. Dont recommend this place.
