Extremely unprofessional receptionists, as well as phone operators. The Dr. I was seeing at the Cayce clinic referred me to another Dr. and scheduled an appointment to meet with them at the exact same time as the prior appointment I had with her. Instead of cancelling the appointment I had with her, she kept it and I received calls from Neighborhood health trying to confirm the appointment. When I called back in and spoke to someone about needing to have the appointment cancelled because I had a prior appointment, the lady became very rude, aggressive, and sharp with me. She asked me if I was a Dr. who has the authority to make and break appointments, and if I truly didnt want to see Dr. Terry, that she would just cancel my referral all together! EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional staff. Dont give this medical group a moment of your time, or a penny of your money. Its like being pulled into a Venus Fly Trap.

Once again i had to call the clinic on main st where i go to get some information from the nurse,and once again the person female answering the phone was so very rude to me..i am so sick and of the treatment from neighbor hood health clinics..the one down town nashville also its by the mission.this is disgusting these people think they can treat us like trash and were supposed to take it..im reporting this to as many people that i can get in contact with..because i for have had enough of the attitude..

Waited over an hour for my appointment. Not a comfortable waiting room. Many walk ins went in before me, and my appointment was initially not found in their system. Would not recommend.
