These people are hard sell and after as much of your $$ as they can get a hold of! I went in for the $59 promotional cleaning/exam/x-rays. I suspected there would be a catch and there is! At first I was very impressed with their polite demeanor and high tech instruments.. The dentist was very nice but for some reason he seemed nervous and would not make eye contact.. I was soon to find out why! After the exam but before the cleaning the women came at me with an $8000 treatment plan of which they wanted me to commit to $1400 of it in the chair and even gave me a contract to sign, when I told them I needed to think it over, they offered a "special discount" that brought it down to $1100, but only if I would commit and sign NOW! When I told them again that I would need to think it over and asked that they just do the cleaning that is included in the $59 promotion they instantly got huffy and rude. Then the hygienist did a fast and very poor cleaning all the while spraying water on me. She tried to disguise her anger, but it was made quite evident by her painfully poking my gums! I left with a wet shirt and visible stains still present on my bottom and back teeth! STAY CLEAR of these hard sell money grubbing hacks!

Do not do business with. Called 1-800-dentist to find a dentist because of a tooth ache and they refered me to Prestwick Dentisitry, big mistake. They performed 1 xray and told me I needed 3 root canals and 3 caps and gave me a quote of over $3000 just for the caps and said they wont clean my teeth or anything untill I get that done. With no dental insurance I got a second opinion. The charge was $143 at prestwick and the over the phone quote was $75. At the second dentist they performed a full exam multiple xrays, deep cleaned my teeth and gave a month follow up appointment free of charge. Said I had no cavities and did not need a root canal. The Second dentist charged $153 for full exam and deep cleaning. My teeth feel amazing now and very glad I got that second opinion. I would not recommend Prestwick Family Dentistry to any one.

I got an appointment next day to have my teeth check because of a terrible tooth ache Caused by my wisdom teeth coming in.. when he looked at my teeth he saw they damaged a third molar and offered to stay later to extract the 5 teeth . I had them all removed . one of my teeth was infected and wasnt all the way numb as soon as he saw my flinch he stopped and used more novacane and made sure I could no longer feel it before he continued on extracting my tooth.... he also gave my his personal cell phone number in case I had any issues.. which I did he answered all me questions and was honestly the best dental experience Ive ever had... the staff made me aware of all dental work I needed done and offered a payment plan so I could afford the work...

Twice in 2 weeks (first with my children) the bill wasnt correct. Today I was told I was being charged $75 (after insurance) but it might be $115 later and they would bill me. I had a cleaning. No fillings. Very weird. How do they not know???? Last week they initially charged for services that were completely covered by my insurance. Until I pointed it out. They have a shut up and pay attitude. I suppose thats how you get away with attempting to rip people off. I feel bad for all the people Im sure they do take advantage of.

Prestwick Pointe Dental is awesome. They are very flexible with their hours and have multiple ways of reminding you of appointments such as texting and calling. Their staff is very polite and the dental hygienists are thorough.

I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. I cant even give them 1 star they are so bad. They have a really bad problem with getting their billing right and overcharging their patients! will never go back

Dr Patel and all of her staff are so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable!! She takes care of myself and both of my kids and has done wonderfully with my nervous and young kiddos! Thank you Dr. Patel for everything!!!
