New to the area. Came in for a routine check up (havent had one in years). Arrived 15 minutes before my appt as asked. Was filling out paperwork when I was called, had the wrong insurance card, and I could either pay up front "but its already your appt time and you should be going back there". "Ok what should I do?" Choice was either get on the phone and figure out my dental coverage in the waiting room or pay up front. For the record, I work in a downtown hospital. For the record, I enjoy when patients are prepared and ready to go ahead of time. But I also try and help those patients and take my time with them. Best believe when I get my "proper dental insurance card", IF I decide to go to any dentist for anything but an emergency, it will NOT be here.

My experience at Tosh Dental Group was nothing short of fantastic! Typically, dental visits are something I dread going to, including this one. However, my mind was quickly put at ease the second I walked through the door. The ladies behind the front desk were very welcoming and made me feel right at home. My dental hygienist did a great job with my cleaning and was very gentle with my sometimes overly sensitive gums. Dr. Tosh came in and kept the mood light and fun. They answered the many questions I had and gave me different options for the future. Going forward, I never go anywhere else. You all are awesome!

At first I thought it was a really nice place with a high quality care. But after a few visits (throughout the year) for both me and my husband, I was very disappointed and basically unsatisfied and regretting choosing this clinic. For someone that didnt use to have a problem with visits to the dentist, I felt that the visit was unpleasant stayed away from dentists for more than a year after that. We both did not like the overall experience.

I am a dentist skeptic. I do not enjoy going to the dentist and have had some awful experiences in the dental chair. Dr. Tosh has changed all of that. He and his staff are exemplary! They are quick, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and work with and affordable - even as a self insured patient! They run on time and do superior work. I would recommend Dr. Tosh to anyone needing a great dentist!
