Dr. Sitaram, while very hard to hear because he only whispers, seems to be a competent caring dentist. Be forewarned though that you should be very careful when dealing with your insurance company through his staff. His office person will call and get an estimate for you but you need to double check it because she does not request a written pre-cert or authorization as most insurance companies require. She only calls with for general policy information. (In the end it doesnt matter as you will sign off on being responsible for all charges not covered by insurance but at least know that unless you handle it yourself, you will risk your claim being denied.) He recommended that my daughters wisdom teeth were ready to be extracted, and I trusted his judgment only to have the claim denied due to my insurance company does not cover wisdom teeth in children under 16 years old. I dont know what the norm is - Im not a dentist. But because his staff never called to pre-cert the procedure, which would have uncovered this limitation, I am stuck with the bill. I will not go back.

I cannot recommend Dental Solutions enough. The office was bright, clean, and modern. Dr. Sitaram and his staff are kind, professional, and caring. They explained my procedure fully, answered all of my questions, and worked with my insurance company to find the best coverage for my procedure. I have significant neck, head, and shoulder pain which stems from grinding my teeth at night. Dr. Sitaram performed diagnostic evaluations and developed a treatment plan with a device to realign my jaw to help with my symptoms. He did a wonderful job explaining exactly what he was doing and why. The office was also gracious enough to work around my busy schedule.

I am so impressed with the quality and care I receive from Dr. Sitaram. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and have in fact referred my family to him as well! He is intelligent, kind, an excellent bedside manner, especially since I am so nervous going to the dentist. He is outstanding and I highly recommend going to him for any of your dental needs!
