Attempted to get vaccines. Was told by argumentative and unpleasant woman that she couldnt determine conclusively if my insurance would cover a given vaccine, and that I could be billed for anything not covered. CVS puts the burden on the consumer to find out if coverage exists, but consumers are in the worst position to determine the facts. You might be told by your insurer that you are covered, but thats a voice on the phone that guarantees nothing. To be sure you are better off going to a primary care provider.

Have been sick with nasal issues and sore throat. When I arrived, I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes for the current patient to finish. NP Mildred Zinzombe was thorough and very personable. Treated me very well and got me the antibiotics to help. I did read the previous reviews and did not have the same experience. I guess it depends on who is working and the time of day. I went at 3pm. Would definitely go back.

Over an hour and a half wait, and when I had 18 minutes left, the time did not go down-- it was at 18 minutes for half an hour. Not immediate care at all. I suggest going somewhere else where you can be attended quickly.
