My daughter was seen on Nov. 13, 2016. She was diagnosed with Tonsillitis, but hasnt had her tonsils since she was 4. She is 19 now. She asked the nurse who was discharging her about it and told her she didt have her tonsils. The nurse apologized and gave her the papers and sent her on her way. She has ran a fever since Friday, tested positive for step at our Drs Friday. They put her on an antibiotic. Her fever hasnt broke and her cough is worse. That is why she went to Medstat today, however that turned out to be a waste of time and money. Going to make sure our insurance company knows about this joke of a place! Really.....tonsillitis with no tonsils! Stay clear of this place!!

I did have a long wait to be seen, however it was 4pm on a weekday and there were at least 6 people in line in front of me so I expected the wait. The receptionist was very pleasant and cheerful despite the long line and disgruntled patients. Once I was taken back to an exam room, I was seen within 10 minutes and was able to completely finish my visit and leave to get my medication in less than 30 minutes. The only negative was the long wait time, which could have been made shorter if they had more than 1 person on the front desk.

Horrible! After getting signed in I sat in their waiting room for 3 hours! I went to the counter to ask if maybe my name got called and I didnt hear it. The receptionist came back up front 5 minutes later and told me they put me in a fake room. A fake room!? I dont even know how to explain that! The only room i was in was the waiting lobby! Probably to keep their posted wait time down. Then they just forgot about me. I got a refund and I left. I will take my chances going to the ER next time. Absolutely horrible!

After sitting there for longer than I liked. I was told my the nurse to spit my gum out! Wasnt the most professional nurse Ive ever dealt w. Actually quite cocky and rude to be honest. Glad the dr was able to care for me. Afraid I will not be going back and I have been going here years!

Came here for a physical, checked in online and got here still waited an hour to get into the docs office. After getting past the slow check in lady and 45-1hour long wait you find yourself with some nice nurses and doctors in the back.

Best place to get urgent care or Occupational health service in town. If you pre-register using i-triage the wait time is much less. Highly recommend MEDSTAT

Bad case of poison ivy.. waited 2 hrs with me being 3rd person in lobby waiting.. call ahead or just go to the other urgent care facility in town
