I was a client of Dr. Sanders for almost 3 years. My relationship with her was wonderful and I was really attached to her. When she suddenly decided to terminate therapy, she did that over the phone with my husband while I was going through a crisis. She also released a diagnosis she never disclosed or discuss with me to another provider which caused me a trauma. When I asked her for clarification, she declined to provide one and stated that I contacted her too much during my crisis and that she cannot cater for my needs anymore. An experience which I thought was really wonderful ended in a traumatic way and I suffered for 2 years till I got help. I am still being treated to get over what happened.

I contacted Community Psychological Consultants and requested an appointment with one of the Psychologists. (Jennifer Godar.) I provided basic summary of what my present issues/problems were, and told her that this group is in my insurance network. I was told by the intake person/receptionist that she would check with Dr Godar to see if she would be able to assist me and that I would receive a call back. I waited for 3 days and never got a call back. Very poor customer service and very rude! I called another Psychology Group and received a call back within 2 hours, discussed my problems briefly and they immediately set up an initial appointment.

So frustrating. Called to get an appointment . No one answers phones or apparently listens to voice mail. When they do answer phone, they take down information incorrectly. They seemed to be most concerned about getting paid. We are cancelling appointment and going elsewhere. Too bad, the Doctor sounded/looked nice. But we will never develop a client patient relationship due to inadequacy of front desk.
