After searching google, I called and asked about counseling services for abuse victims today. The woman who answered the phone was very uncomfortable to speak with. She asked me if I had "court ordered" counseling. No maam, I am a victim of abuse. Then she stumbled over her words and said "we get....Um...All kinds of people here." My experience with this person was short but enough for me to never call back again. It must be understood that not everyone who seeks help is an abuser. Some of us are victims and should be addressed in a kinder, more professional demeanor.

My husband and I initially saw Susan Page for pre-marital counseling and counseling to introduce husbands daughter into new role as a stepdaughter and my role as stepmother. We have been seeing Susan for nearly half a year, and love her very much. She has been able to help us communicate and given us valuable tools to use in our family. I feel that she genuinely cares about my husband and I, as well as our daughter. PPC even worked with us as cash-pay between jobs. Will be loyal patients for a long time. Highly recommended.

Most of the time when Ive tried to call, Ive gotten through to voice mail. They should consider a PBX on hold system? The lounge waiting area has seating which was probably manufactured in the 70s and lacks the investment one would expect for customer comfort. This is in contrast to the very comfortable office you go into for counseling. One would also expect a company website?

The woman who runs this business is absolutely horrible and rude. She represents her company in a terrible way and I would highly recommend staying away. There are so many better quality counseling services in this area.
