I have been a long term client With this group of mental health specialists and have never had any difficulties with my clinician---Susan Carpenter PhD. She has offered me the time to vent about my problems, she has helped to put things in a more positive perspective. Her supportive therapy has helped keep me out of the hospital, for a very long time. I think the office is a soothing environment. The only suggestion I would have is to maintain a stable team of office members. Which after my appt today it looks like they are working towards! Very good place for psychiatric treatment!!!!!

Quite possibly the worst experience Ive ever had. My daughter was told she needed to stay with her old doctor by Shannon,the office manager, who then refused to allow her to make an appointment and then hung up on her. When I called to inquire what had happened that caused my daughter to be inconsolable, Shannon refused to give me her full name or an explanation and hung up on me as well. Apparently the psychiatrist finds it perfectly acceptable to allow his unprofessional front office staff to demean and reject patients seeking help. This office is a malpractice suit waiting to happen.

I was a long time patient of this center however after the horrible customer service that I have received from the current office manager, Shannon, I will never return or recommend to friends. It took two months and multiple phone calls to try to see the status of my records to schedule a return appointment. I was then told I wasnt "a good fit for this center and I should seek help elsewhere." Responses like this are why people are afraid to seek help.

Ridiculous and unprofessional. I had a standing appointment with Dr Chalko for more than two months. He had the gall to have this secretary call me 45 minutes before my appointment to cancel for absolutely no reason. If I would have done this, they would have charged me $50. Dr. Chalko is unprofessional, rude, and ridiculous. Please find care elsewhere.

Dr.Chalko and Dr.Carpenter are great doctors and have helped me so much with my anxiety, depression, and ADHD! Great office staff also!
