I HATE going to the dentist but I had a fantastic experience with Eagle Creek Dental Associates. The office was easy to get to, very clean and comfortable, with ample parking. The office staff was all very pleasant and I loved that they brought the billing specialist back to meet with me twice so we could discuss costs and co-pays; they were very clear on what I would be required to pay. The hygienist made sure all of my questions were answered and she was very communicative about what she was doing. The doctor was great, she took the extra time to remove some old cement from a fixed retainer I had years before, even though my last dentist didnt even acknowledge it. I absolutely recommend Eagle Creek Dental Associates.

The staff is very friendly. They do a great job of taking a proactive approach with their recommendations. They are very accommodating if you have to bring a young child with you to your appointment (e.g., turning on cartoons, graciously cleaning up after them, offering a toy or stickers). My child left saying he had a great time while with me at my appointment. I would highly recommend this dentist office as I have been going for over a year now.

I love my dentist, Dr. Candice Schneider and her office! They have really friendly staff. They are really good about being updated on the latest recommendations, products, and treatments. They are really helpful about spelling out prices and discussing pros and cons of treatments before I make decisions. I would definitely recommend them to others!
