My children have been going to Dr. Viernes for many, many years. My children struggled with visiting past dentists because of their fear of dentists. My children not only feel comfortable with Dr. Viernes, they look forward to seeing her. I had a dentist who totally misdiagnosed my daughters incoming crowded teeth problem that would have been lost had I followed his recommendation to wait a year before doing anything. Had it not been for a second opinion from Dr. Viernes who, after looking at the x-rays and examining my daughter, urged me to take my daughters x-rays to the orthodontist and gave me the contact info for a wonderful oral surgeon, my daughter would have lost those teeth. Besides being incredibly good with children, she treats parents with respect and doesnt talk down to us. She listens to worries and fears from parents and patients with sincerity. She makes my kids feel comfortable and safe, as well as me, as a parent.

Took my children to Eagle Creek Childrens Dentistry last week for the first time. What an amazing experience! My kids have always gone to Kool Smiles, but after a horrible experience I decided to change their dentist. The dental hygienist was so gentle and nice. She explained everything to my son and made him feel at ease. I really liked that I was able to go back with the kids during their appointment. Dr. Sara Viernes was also very nice and helpful. I cant say enough about what a great experience I had! My kids are looking forward to their next appointment.

Dentists were really good and experts. I only had problems with the office manager. She did not respect me when I asked her to make things clear. She expected me to know a lot about teeth and stuff. I feel she should just understand that we are not dentists and sometimes we need a little help & clarifications, nothing more!

She has been my childrens dentist for over 5 yrs now. Greatest dentist. Truly caring. Wonderful staff. We moved 2 hrs away and still drive back to see Dr. Sara. I couldnt imagine taking my children anywhere else
