Stay away from this place! I called in because my gums were sore and I was worried. I told them over the phone I hadnt had a cleaning since October 2015 and Id probably need a filling. They told me that they could get me in the same day and get everything taken care of. Once I arrived they did x rays and then they did an oral cancer screening that was 50$ and they said it was mandatory which wasnt true. That was my first red flag, after my x rays they diagnosed me with periodontist gum disease and said that I would need a deep cleaning procedure! I was very shocked because I dont have bad teeth at all. Then they told me Id have to schedule an appointment for the deep cleaning procedure that would cost me 200$ out of pocket. I was upset because the lady said theyd get everything taken care of during my visit, mind you they never cleaned my teeth or mentioned my cavity! I decided to get a second opinion because things just didnt sound right. I went back to my old dental office and they cleaned my teeth and assured me that I dont have any gum disease. My advice to anyone looking for a dentist, stay away from corporate dentistry! Practices like this give fake diagnosis and over charge their patients. Steer clear!!!

I began going to this dentist when I got married. I went for about 3 years until I was finally fed up. Ive began going to another Gentle Dentist and theyve had to replace and fix 3 of the fillings that were done by Eagle Creek - one leading to a crown! The staff were nice, but I would not recommend them for their skills. I am continuing to fix their mistakes and wish I would have switched sooner. Go somewhere else!

My 2 year old son was seen here today and the staff was wonderful. They made him feel so comfortable and they were so nice and great with him. The care he received was outstanding, as well. So happy with the choice we made by bringing him here!

I took my 3 year old twins for their 2nd dental visit today. Last time they got their teeth counted and today they got their teeth counted, cleaned and had a fluoride treatment. The Westfield staff and Dr. Lanie are awesome with kids!

I appreciate that the hygienist doesnt try and hold a conversation with me while she has instruments in my mouth. Mouth always feels fresh and clean after a visit.
