My wife had her pregnancy services here with Dr. Joyce Lines. Dr. Lines is good although she did not give much useful advice for my wife during her whole pregnancy. For example, suggestion about dietary, sleeping habit, depression during pregnancy or how such things would potentially impact our baby...). I dont like this clinic mainly because of unclear and unreasonably high cost for labs (~$1,300 labs + 1 Ultrasound) + $1,750 prenatal and postpartum visits + 2,200 delivery while we were notified as $3,342 at our first visit during14th-week of pregnancy. Even worse, we had 3 genetic screenings (down syndrome...) for both my wife and me with $10,500 cost in total without any prior notice about price and explanation why it should be that much. After insurance (ours are Wellmark), that cost was about $2,200 while Dr. Lines insisted that we just ignored claimed EOBs and that it should have been around $100 for each test. Eventually, although we had to pay a cost of ~400$ after dealing with Natera ourselves, we experienced a great deal of depression. (Natera did genetic screening from blood samples taken and sent by Doran). Also, a insurance/billing department personnel is not customer-friendly at all.

(Rebecca) Becky should not be working at the Clinic! Went to get my birth control implant taken out because it is expired. She spoke with me in the waiting area, that there is no reason to remove it. She proceeded to cancel my appointment against my knowing. I asked her and told her that since I have an appointment made, I want it removed. She threw a fit and I was not getting any where with her. I will never come back again.

I went to Dr. Gessner for prenatal visits for both of my daughters. She is kind, thoughtful, isnt in a rush with her patients, and answers every question I could have had. I wish she could be my primary care physician. The world needs more doctors like Dr. Gessner.
