I had an incredible doctor of 6+yrs that left her private practice to work here which is the only reason I ever stepped foot in this place. Each time I have dealt with the front desk staff, they have been incredibly rude. I recently found out I am pregnant and to my surprise was told my doctor no longer delivered babies. Totally shocked and panicked, I asked if there was anyway to speak to the doctor or one of her staff to get a referral and I was told by the receptionist that it wouldnt do me any good. I have never been treated so poorly by front desk staff. Im just incredibly sad I lost an amazing doctor but I will Never step foot through those doors ever again if that is how they treat people! They dont care, you are just another number.

Love this place!! The front desk staff is really helpful and know me well and the OB/GYN dr is AMAZING!! She takes her time to really listen to the concerns of her patients and you know she cares. I would recommend this facility to anyone with or especially without insurance!! They even have adult medicine, counseling, pediatrician, psychiatrist (used to but not sure since it has been a while since we had to use 1). It is great to have it all in one place instead of going to different places and if you travel they have other locations throughout Houston that even offers dental and vision services too :)

Ive been calling around all day to find an OB to assist me with the rest of my pregnancy, and after being let down by clinic after clinic with rude and unhelpful staff, Im relieved to say the least, to have had someone finally listen to me and answer my questions with a pleasant attitude. Now Im actually looking forward to my appointment!
