RUN NOW! I went in for a yearly told the DR I had stopped my Birth Control. And on my yearly did not have me pee in a cup. I was pregnant when I was there. Was on dangerous medications. Got my bill, and have Tri-care which pays 100% of a yearly and I had an owed balance because they billed them incorrectly. It just so happened to be a higher amount too. Also when I called 3 times to their billing department. First time waiting on someone to answer waited 8 mins then hung up, second time 7:23 and currently Ive been waiting 16:03 and no one has answered still..... While I was there they talked about patients at the front glass, as if someone else wasnt standing there..... so yeah RUN!

She was wonderful with my first child and I plan to travel from Springdale back to fort smith to have her deliver my second. She was very attentive and calming when I had complications and had to have an emergency C-section. I have looked at several doctors in northwest arkansas and do not feel as comfortable with them as Lukasek made me feel.

Absolutely wonderful woman. Took such great care of my daughter in law. Very attentive, very loving, supportive. Never rushed out of the room. Always took time to answer any and all of our questions. I will always recommend Dr. Lukasek!!
