Dr Ferris is the best!!!! But those two receptionist ladies are so rude, lazy and worthless. They never help. My wife was waiting for lab results more than a week. She came to office. And receptionist told her to call them. More stupid answer I never heard. Finally my wife called them right from office and left message. And told that she will no go home without results. Only after that nurse called !!!!!!!!! her back. And it all was going in office. So stupid. And results were bad. If my wife didnt come, they would never call her and tell the test results. It is the worst service I have ever seen.

Dr. Farris is without a doubt the best OB/GYN Ive ever had. She and her staff actually care about you and arent just in it for money. Ive had a lot of issues and Dr. Farris is always available to answer my questions. Scheduling is a breeze. Theyre really good about getting you in within a good time frame depending what your having issues with. Would recommend to anyone!!!!!
