Great doctors but the Billing Department is suspect. Pay close attention to your statements. You make a payment but the amount owed does not decrease, it increases instead. I did not know such a thing could happen. For years, every statement I have ever received from numerous businesses have decreased upon payment. When you call Billing, the solution is to send you a new statement reflecting what you are now being told on the phone. The added info is not reflected on the bill you were sent with the increase but the new bill you are told will have this info. Well, of course, it will. How can it not reflect what has been added but was not there before? Mind you, there is no indication on the first statement that it is not final. And any further questions are met with the threat that you will not be seen again and the threat of a collection agency. The amount may seem trivial to those in the Billing Department, but we all know every penny makes a difference so it is a little unsettling to never be sure what your next billing statement will reflect.

I love how pleasant and helpful the front desk ladys are Then the Drs are the best bcuzz its no easy to find a good caring dr. and the two that I have seen in there Have been very attentive and DOES NOT TREAT ME OR HAVE NOT TREATED ME LIKE A FILE NUMBER BUT LIKE A REAL PERSON WITH PROBLEMS AND THERE EFFICIENT WITHOUT BEING RUSHFUL THEY R THHEEE BEEEEEST!!!!
