Although my time there has been short, I have grown truly endeared to Dr. Craig and her fantastic staff. They know my name! It feels so good to walk in and be remembered. Aleen and Peggy are so gracious, and they are friendly to; while Jessica and Tina assist Dr. Craig and make you feel like youve known them forever. If your there to get your teeth cleaned, Stephanie and Cheyenne(I hope I spelled that right) are right there with their knowledge in Dental Hygiene to make the process as painless(figuratively speaking, I mean who likes a needle in their mouth even if the pain goes away?) as possible. I have the pleasure of being a patient at Craig Dental and you should to.

Our family just moved to Waukee and was looking for a dentist. Saw the building going up and was impressed! Saw the ads in the local paper - accepting patients - call now! Called the # listed in the paper - 5x - no answer - phone rings and rings and rings. Even went by the office. Called # on the front of the building in case the ad # was incorrect - again - rings and rings and rings. No receptionist - on-call answering service? How does a dentist accept new patients when no one answers the phone? My familys dental needs will be handled with someone more professional than Dr. Craig - too bad - I was very excited to do business in Waukee!

I have had good and not so good experiences in the past several years at Dr. Craigs office. A not so good experience with the 1st dental hygienist who was very rough, a crown that cracked in the office after putting it on, and I found it to be unprofessional not to call and notify me about a change in dental hygienists and dentists that was made for my last appointment. Over the years it seems as though turnover is high and it is hard to recognize people as they change frequently. The front desk staff are friendly and for the most part the rest of the staff are as well. We have never had billing issues.

Found first review extremely unfair as I believe the office was in the early preparation stages. Have had two appointments with Dr. Craig and will be a patient for life. The office is extremely beautiful and filled with the most up to date technologies. You can watch tv during your appointment! Dr. Craig and her staff are the epitome of professionalism and make it a priority that your are comfortable and educated for all procedures. I had two wisdom teeth pulled and experienced zero pain! I have referred multiple people to Craig Dental Center all having the same experience as myself!

I believe negative comments in this set of reviews are unfounded. My career dictates that I move every few years and change medical providers including dentists. Craig Dental represents – by far – the best dental care and service I have received to date. The Craig Dental staff not only set a higher standard for professional care, they’re also friendly, engaging, and responsive (i.e. they listen!). I feel lucky to have found the Craig Dental difference for my family’s dental care needs! If you’re new to Waukee or looking for a new dentist, go to Craig Dental! They’re great!

I had not been to the dentist for over 25 years, I found The Craig Dental Office in Waukee. What a wonderful experience. The people of her firm are non-judge mental and true professionals. Dr. Craig explains everything needed and executes each procedure with as little pain as possible. She also has a great sense of humor. Her staff is equally as professional. The entire firm is there for health, happiness and comfort of their patients. I will be going to them 2 times each year from now on. I also look forward to my next appointment.

I have lived in Des Moines for over 2 years and have been searching for a dentist that is a good fit for me. I live in Waukee and had gone to two different dentists before finding Dr. Craig. Dr. Craig’s office is modern, her staff is very knowledgeable, and contacting her is VERY easy. She always responds to email that you send her about your dental needs and also has an Emergency Answering Machine that goes to her personal phone. She is the best dentist I have ever had and look forward to having her as my dentist in years to come!

TERRIBLE SERVICE..... They are cheater when it comes to money... before taking service we have been told that our services are covered by ins company and after 3 months they came to us saying you need to pay this amount. i have been almost overcharged $300 if i would not have paid attention to my bill..and this mistake was covered by just saying sorry. clear everything with them before taking any services. they will rob you..

Craig Dental Center is Fantastic!! Everyone there is SO friendly and very knowledgable! I have never been a big fan of the Dentist, but I do not mind going at all. Dr. Liz is fantastic and she has always made me feel welcome and comfortable while being in her office. She treats me the way I would treat others! I will continue to use this office for my family as well as myself!!

I agree with the reviewer below, we were shocked to receive a very rude unprofessional letter from the dentist this week. They need to respect their patients more. Some of us dont have Nannys and actually have to care for our children when they get sick. My poor wife fell ill and upon calling to cancel I was told in the letter that we dont really want to be seen.

We have had nothing but a great experience with this place. All four of our boys are going here for their dental work. We have had to cancel last minute because of sick kids and felt they were very understanding about it. I had to have 3 cavities filled and Dr. Craig was very fast. We all love this place.

Dr Craig and her staff are extremely compassionate and kind. They made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my entire appointment. They explained everything to me with patience and didnt make me feel bad about how many years it had been since I had seen a dentist. I honestly cant wait to go back!!!

I think that Dr. Craig is an OK dentist, but I agree with the person that wrote that they are cheaters with the money. I wont go back there because of the billing experience with them. The crown they put on is hurting right now, but I still wont go back. $$$$$$
