I have seen him for 15 years and absolutely love Dr. Ware. His staff has gotten worse and worse over the years. I called today because my dog ate my glasses this morning, and the girl was extremely unprofessional and told me if I couldnt wait 2 weeks for an appointment to find a new doctor. So I did. I reported a review on his Facebook page and he reported it to get me banned from FB. He only lets good reviews stay on his record, when I have found at least 20 people today that have stopped going to him after similar experiences with his staff. He is a great doctor, but if he would hire competent employees instead of pretty faces, hed have a better office. Im never going back.

Glasses way to expensive. Went there for an eye exam and my lenses alone were 300 not including the frame. Staff tried to pressure me into keep upgrading then when I said I would think about they gave me an attitude. Went to Graves Gilbert Clinic got my frame, n lenses for 170. N that included the scratch guard and upgraded lenses.

I have been going to Dr. Ware since 1998. Since I moved to FL, despite my efforts, I did not find a better eye doctor, and I have visited a few. I would highly recommend Dr. Ware and his staff.

Very up to date with everything. Good selection of frames and the doctors are proactive with treatments needed.
