Referred by glasses store for eye exam. Their office is right next door, so I walked in at 3:30pm, and asked if they took walk-ins, or did I need to make an appointment. I had never been here before. The receptionist said it was fine for me to come on in, but did I mind waiting 30 minutes? I said no, but if they were too busy, I could make an appointment. She said, "Oh, thats not necessary", and gave me some paperwork to put my medical information on. I sat down, filled out & returned the paperwork , and waited until they could squeeze me in. Some scheduled appointments came in, and I didnt think much about waiting, until it became over an HOUR later, and no one had said anything to me. At 5:00 pm (1 1/2 hours later), I got up, and told the receptionist I no longer wanted an appointment, I wanted my medical information forms back, and I didnt appreciate being told to wait, when it was now obvious it would have been to schedule an appointment when I got there at 3. She called for another receptionist/nurse, to get the paperwork. I repeated what I had told the receptionist. This woman did not apologize, but said that when you wait, you basically take your chances, and they were really busy. This infuriated me, but I again asked her to give me my paperwork back. She said she would have to scan the paperwork I had completed. I said this was unnecessary as I would NEVER be back. She ignored me, put my paperwork in the scanner, scanned it, and then gave me the original. She did this without my permission, and after I had adamantly asked for my paperwork back (as I had seen no one), and asked her not to scan it. I am filing a HIPPA complaint, but want to warn anyone who may think about going, how unprofessional and unethical they are with customers. I will NEVER be back.

I recently visited this office for my yearly exam 2016. January 2015, I made my appoint for my annual exam for January 14, 2016. Though when I received an email to confirm my appointment, I was informed that this was no longer available. I called, explained the situation and was told that they had already filled those appointments and I needed to make another. I made a 2nd appointment and upon my arrival, I proceeded to wait nearly 30 minutes without a word being said to me about running late. When one of the front desk girls looked at my paperwork and saw I was interested in contact lenses, she stated that my appointment was marked with glasses and now since I was interested in contacts, we may not be able to get you all finished up today, since we usually take our last contacts appointments at 4:30 or 5pm. My appt was for 5:30 and was called back at 5:57. When I was told a second time that I would have to come back to get education on contact lenses because no one would be there that does that. I informed them of all inconveniences and it was ridiculous of everything that had gone on. I received my exam, the contacts and 10 minutes of education. Never any apologies or empathy given by any employee at this site. They have no customer service skills. On my follow up appt for how things were going, I went in with the issues I was having, and she did some testing and ended up putting the contact in the other eye and no issues at all.

Every time I have went here I have left feeling like Ive spent too much money for terrible service. I have had glasses or contacts for 15 years so I have been to many optometrists, never one like this one. The ladies in the front office were not very nice to me, the gossiped and talked about previous clients very loudly while I was in the waiting room. The doctor I saw pushed me into getting contacts that were terrible for me when I told her why I would prefer to have--it was like she had a quota to meet. I also called for replacement contacts in a panick!! They told me they didnt have my contacts on a box and if I wanted to buy a single pair it would be $50! $50 for a single pair of contacts when a whole box is $50 is ludicrous! Ive given them many chances and every time I regret it. As soon as next years appointment comes up I will be going somewhere else. Ive never written a review on a place of business---but this one was very bad.

My flight was late and i called as soon as i could to advise i was missing my appointment and rescheduled to today at 1 pm. As luck would have it i was 18 minutes late to the door due to prior appointments delaying me. The young lady came running around the corner.....WHAT TIME WAS YOUR APPOINTMENT? I told her 1 sorry im late. Without a delay in her voice she said "you will have to reschedule we have lunch at 2. I turned to walk out never to ever return to such untrained customer service. (Do you know how many times i have been on time or early and waited 30 minute to over an hour to see a lenscrafter associated doctor? Lunch? I would fire a staff member that couldnt have handled better. Never again!

Came in for an eye exam and contacts. They asked for my address and told me the contacts would be at my house within 2 weeks and asked for 55$. I paid them and waited 5 weeks and still no contacts. I call back and the girl tells me that I didnt order any contacts and that I would have to come down to the office and pay 25$ for them to send me some and then proceeds to tell me my insurance is " out of network " and they cant send me a bill. I guess I got ripped off and am being forced to pay 25$ more if I want to be able to see. I wish I was informed I was " out of network " from the beginning. Get your name off of the top of my insurances website if its " out of network " !

Its time to find a new eye doctor. I went for my yearly checkup in December. I informed them that I wear both glasses and contacts. I told them I just wanted to get a new pair of glasses this time. They said I should get an exam for both glasses and contacts. They told me I could use insurance on the glasses this year and come January the insurance would reset and I could get my contacts . Well I just called to order my contacts, and they told me my insurance doesnt reset until the end of the year. Had they told me this in December and not lied to me, I never would have gotten the contact exam. I hate liars.

my appointment was 09/14/2016 for a contact lens exam. I have worn contacts before and normally went to the LensCrafters/Doctors office in the Cool Springs Mall area. Came to this office since it was closer to my home. Now I wished I had driven the 47 miles and went back to LenCrafters in Cool Springs. The female OD that seen me told me she was going to order a contact lens for me to try. It is now 10/13/2016 and I have yet to hear from the Dr. Ducklos office that my trial lens are in. I have called twice now and told nothing has arrived. I have never seen such a piss poor managed office and staff.
