Ive been going to Insights Optical for years now and have always been well pleased with my experiences there.Ive always gotten prompt and kind attention from the office staff and from Dr. Diane Short. Im also very pleased with the more thorough examination they can offer now, due to new equipment, monitoring for things like macular degeneration and other potential problems. My husband and I will certainly continue our relationship with Insights Optical and recommend them to others.

My husband & I both had appointments with Dr. Zachary Short on Tuesday. We were both pleased with the prompt service & I was pleased with helpful information he gave me for my eyes & artificial tear drops. He wrote out several over the counter brands to try. The office staff was also pleasant as always. Weve been going to Insight Optical for years & have always been pleased.

The staff is always very quick, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Diane Short was always wonderful as well. They even supplied with an emergency pair of contacts before leaving on a long trip when I lost my last pair. Above and beyond.
