I have a feeling that my first experience with a LensCrafters is going to be my last. So... in all fairness to the Optometry side of things, that was a fairly pleasant experience, though it was the most expensive eye exam of my life. So, the first thing to be aware of is that, while there is an in-house optometrist, they are in no way linked other than physical location. They dont even accept the same credit cards. The downside is that instead of most offices where the business is linked or the same, here the actual eye exam price is governed by an independant person whereas when its linked to the business its usually cheaper. All in all, this was a small matter to me as the ONLY reason I chose to come here is theyre an Oakley dealer/rep/whatever, and youd think its a fairly reputable name in vision. So 95% of why I came in was to order a new pair of prescription sunglasses and 5% was to get new lenses in my old clear/vision/whatever frames. I ended up leaving without any sunglasses as they refused to order them in my prescription citing it was impossible. So I paid double what Ive ever paid for an eye exam and about the same for lenses in my glasses that Im not really happy with, and didnt get the only thing I wanted and needed. Their inability to order prescription sunglasses for me except for an incredibly narrow selection seemed rather odd considering Id just had some made for me in Washington, DC at my old optometrist and I couldnt foresee my vision having changed that much. So I called my old Optometrist and according to them my vision hadnt changed at all. Literally not at all. And they said theyd be more than happy to order them for me and ship them to me. Which I felt slightly bad about since I went to LensCrafters; however, I am hundreds of miles away and they were happy to help. So, I cannot say anything good about this lenscrafters location, but I do heartily recommend MyEyeDr.

Horrible! I spent well over 800 dollars on glasses here and expected quality. When my glasses finally came in after 2 weeks (regular vision) they were still messed up. The first pair which were regular everyday glasses were so lose that my eyes sat above the frames. The sunglasses which were Ray Bans were SUPPOSE to be authenticated. I also paid for all the upgrades to make them polarized and thin. Im not sure what I paid for because when I got them they were thick and missing the logo on the lens (the extra $ i paid for). I didnt want them to touch them again so I left and will be taking them to the Pensacola store to be fixed tomorrow. I would avoid this place at all costs!

I went to the JCpenny clinic across the street and was very disappointed in their customer service and store as a whole. After my horrible experience with JCpenny I took my business to Lenscrafters, the receptionist was so polite, took very good care of me and got my contacts ordered in just a few minutes. I was extremely satisfied.

I have been purchasing my glasses from this Lens Crafters for several years now. Gina always helps me pick the perfect frame for my face, coloring and style. My lenses are always spot on.

The doctor and staff are great. The selection is fair but pricey.
