Went to the little clinic with symptoms of sore throat, drainage, and congestion. NP assessed me and stated she did not want to test me for strep because my throat didnt look very red. She asked if I have ever had a sinus infection. I stated "yes," and she asked "well what do you think?" I was taken back by the question and stated it seems similar but my throat is more sore than a typical sinus infection. She stated thats probably what it was and prescribed me amoxicillin. One week after being on amoxicillin I broke out in hives, facial swelling, and severe joint pain. Two doctors and one allergist later I come to find out I did not have a sinus infection, I had MONO and you cannot take amoxicillin when you have Mono. It causes a severe reaction (hives, angioedema, arthritic-like symptoms). I understand people make mistakes but I feel like I wasnt assessed as I should have been especially since stating my throat was more severe than a typical sinus infection. My visit was over a month ago and I am still dealing with these allergic-like reactions. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

My husband saw a nurse practitioner at this clinic about a medical condition that cropped up on a weekend. She said if his condition didnt improve, he could call for an antibiotic prescription on Monday. Ive called multiple times today for the antibiotic, since my husband has to fly out of town in the morning and is not improved. Each time, the receptionist says the nurse is with a patient, but someone will call us right back. No one calls, and now at the end of the day, no one answers the phone either. The care at this clinic was good face-to-face, but the follow-up is dismal. Save yourself the trouble and find your healthcare at a more reliable and professional facility.

My sister and I have both had unpleasant experiences here. We were both told we were "probably" sick with whatever illness we had assumed but were refused treatment even though we displayed all symptoms necessary for medicinal help. I waited for over 45 minutes with just one person in front of me. The computer systems are a joke and the staff has no sense of urgency, even with people waiting. I will not be returning to this little clinic and will advise others to avoid it as well. Save your money.

Visited location when I needed to seek non-urgent medical help on a Saturday. I used the "reserve your spot" feature online and upon arrival only waited 10-15 mins. I saw NP Lauren and she was very knowledgeable and able to prescribe medication. I will use this location again for similar situations.

I did the online hold your spot. Got right in. The nurse was super sweet. Lauren the nurse practitioner was amazing. Got everything I needed in a short time to start feeling better. Would highly recommend this Little Clinic!

Although sometimes the wait is long, we never feel rushed through in the room questions, diagnosis nor recommendations. It is a go to place for our simple fixes and they are always nice and comforting. .
