If I were able to give the Harrison Little Clinic zero stars thats what I would do. The staff of this location is incredibly rude and seemingly very lazy. My husband went to the Little Clinic on Tuesday after having had sinus/cold symptoms for three days. The Nurse Practitioner on staff diagnosed him with a "viral upper respiratory infection" He was given cough medicine and Flonase nasal spray and told to take over the counter Mucinex to help relieve the symptoms and was sent on his way. Five days later (on Sunday) his symptoms had went from bad to worse. I am not a doctor however, it was very clear he was in desperate need of an antibiotic. After several unreturned calls, voicemails and hours of waiting he was finally able to speak to the nurse practitioner who told him he needed to come back in and be reevaluated before she would call a prescription into the pharmacy. That is two time consuming visits and two expensive co-pays for the same illness! The point of the Little Clinic is to be seen and treated in a timely manner not to be screwed out of more time and money. This location is a pathetic excuse for a well clinic. Next time we will be seeing our primary care physician or going to urgent care for treatment and I will be encouraging all of my friends and family to do the same.

The NP that I dealt with was Tina M. and was the rudest woman. I asked a question about what I needed to do to have an antibiotic called in for my daughter (after she had been seen 4 days earlier and diagnosed with either seasonal allergies OR bronchitis) and she was so rude saying we had lost the prescription she wrote. my daughter had visited with her grandparent and I was unaware the script had already been written as she had told them to CALL if we felt she wasnt getting better. I actually had to go in to talk to her because I called 4x that day and left voice mails that were not returned. instead of explaining to me the circumstance like an adult she berated me in the lobby area and was so so rude. My children and husband had gotten flu shots earlier in the month and had a great experience with a different nurse practitioner. so my 1 rating (wish it could be 0) really is only with Tina M. if you choose to go to little clinic, hope you dont get her!!!

My family and I come to the Little Clinic at Harrison all the time. We are always very satisfied with our care, are in and out fairly quickly depending on time of year. Busy season, they usually have at least 2 providers so that makes a BIG difference on wait times. Love the staff, very nice and professional. I love the fact that if my kids dont really need a ABX they dont just put them on one unless they really need it, because I dont want my kids taking medicine if its truly not necessary. Whooping cough, strep throat, and UTI infections are the only things that actually are grounds for a antibiotic. Most people wouldnt know that unless they were in the medical field. Keep up the greatness at the Harrison little clinic!

Terrible nurse practitioner (Tina). The most unthorough exam I have ever had and her diagnosis was not even close to what the symptoms were. Terrible bedside manner and absolutely incompetent. Avoid the Little Clinic if she is working. She refuses to listen to anything you tell her. Your diagnosis is predetermined in her head and based and nothing you tell her. I have reported her to the regional manager so Kroger can be made aware that this who is representing their company (and aware of the liability). My experience falls right in line with all the other negative reviews, which I guarantee are based on her being the "provider".

My daughter was seen there tonight and was told she had a cold. The doctor did not look in her ears, throat, or listen to her chest! Called the provider and the doctor said she did all of the above things, hahahaha too bad she had my 8 year old there that witnessed nothing was done corporate will be called! Do your job, and help people, dont just collect a pay check, put yourself in the person needing medical attention, act as though each patient is the only patient you will see today. Im surprised this doctor made it through medical school with her bedside manner!

Very friendly staff, both times I was there. I went last week with sinus infection. They treated me for a "viral" cold. So send scrips to CVG had to 45 mins for over the meds. Zertec, Flonaze and mucenex D. Both times I was there. Went to my regular Dr today and got amoxicillin for sinus infection. So wont go back there for sinus any more. Maybe for something else.

I went there to seek relief from having hiccups for days straight and they laughed twice. They would not laugh if they were dealing with it and not being able to sleep because of it. I tried to call three times and no answer so immediately went there and front desk was sitting there doing nothing. Rudest person at Kroger.

Horrible, will never go there again. They told me that I have to be sick for 10 days before they will prescribe meds!!! Really?? What a waste of my time and money. Now I have to go pay another co-pay and try to get in with my regular doctor so I can get on an anti-biotic!!

If your open until a certain time, then you need to be willing to attempt patient up to that time, not refuse patient because of the high volume, thats just ridiculous

Staff is always super friendly. Scripts are filled fast with being able to send over to Kroger pharmacy.
