This is the second and last time I will be returning to this office. Front desk lady completely rude!!! Told her I want to be seen for a cough for my son who recently had his tonsils and adenoids removed. And she completely shut me down. "You need to call his pediatrician" if I could do that at 6pm I would. I ask what does the cough have to do with his tonsils. He had the cough before his surgery, her response "they dont do surgery when you have a cough" well they obviously did the surgery. So she just stands there staring at me while I sign in, she says "so are you going to call the pediatrician" by now Im pretty much annoyed. No Im not going to call the pediatrician... She says well let me ask the dr and leaves. Comes back, the doctor said he will take a look but hes probably going to send you to the ER (for a cough) so Im like okay. And sit down. She asks again "so are you going to be seen (obviously, because Im sitting down) I say yes and she rolls her eyes and say okay hes just going to send you to the ER.... I have a few problems. 1. Why is so so rude, 2. Why is the receptionist giving medical advice and 3. Why is it such a big deal for my child to be checked out. I hate rude nurses. They make the process so much more difficult then it has to be. Now Im frustrated with a sick 1 year old. Twice customer service has sucked. And I would not recommend anyone to come here. Especially parents with sick kids. This is not the place for us.

Horrible customer service!!!! I just got off the phone with one of the nurses (Ashley) this evening to evaluate my file from a prior visit the night before. I had issue with a prescription from the doctor working that night who forgot to add additional medication to my prescription. When I was questioning the nurse about it, she offered rude responses to resolve the situation. She was not only very rude but extremely combative when I asked her if they had a system in process that would allow them to page to their doctors. This was totally unsatisfactory for the money that I paid for a visit to their facilities. Hopefully, in the future they will conduct some type of training to assist nurses with professionalism. Also, if they do not have the doctor available from the night before, create a process that can evaluate a file to see if necessary changes can be made. The only option I was given was to call back when the doctor is present or come up to the offices again for another evaluation which would require an additional payment. 1.20.16 Douglasville, GA

I decided to visit Physicians Immediate on 07/22/15. This was probably the worst mistake I could have made. I walked in around 8:35 p.m. to feel as if I was interrupting the staff from what they were doing on their cell phones. Secondly, I was a new member, and didnt have my insurance info. I was then informed that they could not service me without it. Now, I had the name of my insurance, and ID number from my card, but I was still told NO. I then proceeded to call my insurance company, and get the group number, which is all they needed, so I could be seen. No one there ever offered to help me in that manner. Now, on to the bigger problems. The staff, including the Dr., Dr. Mark Thomas, if im not mistaken, was VERY impersonal. There was no courtesy from anyone, except from the lady who checked me in. It was almost as if I was a bother for coming in. This office is very UNPROFESSIONAL, and needs a refresher class in customer service!!!!

Please tell me, why the owner of this facility with all these complaints, rudeness, uncaring nurses and doctors. People go to urgent care because they cant be seen by their doctor and ER too expensive. It seems to me all the VIPER Marc is not a very good one to allow this to continue. These are sick people needing care, and all Ive seen is that your business does is aggravate, diminish, exacerbate health issues. Everyone has an opinion, but the bad way outweighs your good. And my health is way more important than coming in your office, not being treated for problems or listened to. Im a nurse, and thats what paperwork is for. I wont bring any of my family there, because If any of these things happened to me I would report you to medical board, BOB, and whoever else. Since Mr. Marc, VIPER allows this mistreatment if their patients

Took my young daughter mid day. She was trembling from a fever and threw up on the floor, on me, and on herself. Receptionist didnt even acknowledge the incident. I had to take it upon myself to leave my child in the chair in the waiting room unattended, run to the bathroom to get paper towels and clean what I could off the floor. I was in utter shock and disbelief. Isnt that a health violation of some sort? I didnt have bleach or anything, just water and paper towels. The wait time was unreal, as usual but they did at least give me a diagnosis and prescriptions. Also, my review has gone unnoticed by the CEO while everyone else has gotten a response. Im still waiting patiently. This review was posted three weeks ago.

I visited the office this past Tuesday and waited 2 hours to be seen for less than 3 minutes. The doctor kept interrupting me while I was describing my symptoms and gave me a diagnosis of folliculitis. I was prescribed an antibiotic and antifugal. He would not listen to me describe how painful the blisters were and sent me on my way. 200 plus dollars later, my symptoms continued to worsen and nothing eased my pain. I went to the Emergency Room on Thursday where I was diagnosed with Shingles. Because I received the wrong diagnosis on Tuesday, I missed the 24 to 72 hour window where antivirals could help with the virus. I just wish that the doctor would have listened to me, rather than blowing my symptoms off.

I was seen for an infection and that did not clear up with the antibiotic given for 10 days which I informed the doctor that it would not clear up because of my resistance to antibiotics..I am from another state and my insurance would not cover another visit. The infection did not clear up and I asked for a refill and was told I had to pay for another visit. for the same issue. Spoke to the manager that was very rude and unapologetic of my situation. His name is Leonard Goodman ,and now I cannot get home for another week. Please do not use this facility. They were not compassionate about my medical needs and just seem to want the $200 for another visit and not the fact that I still have this infection.

The staff was rude. The office was disgusting. The doctor acted like he didnt care because I came in so late. They turned all the lights out on my mom when she was the last one in the waiting room because it took 3 hours to see me. They told me to call for my test results because they might be too busy to get back with me? I paid them!!! So I called them 4 days later and they never returned my call after stating they would call me back. I called today and she put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. I called back 3 more times and she picked up the phone and hung up on me again. Worst doctors office Ive ever been to. Dont waste your money!
