Absolutely not. I will never go there. I called regarding my daughters asthma. She had a minor event at school and I called to ask if they could follow up the rescue treatment we gave and listen to her lungs. I had to hang up the phone- I was appalled at the treatment I received. The person who talked AT me adopted a repetitive tone and said everything she could to not make an appointment to see my daughter. I asked if they are qualified to see someone with asthma and she said, yes, that she is the nurse but that they are a "retail clinic" so they cannot do much, that I should go to the ER, etc. I asked if they administer steroid shots as they would at the Urgent Care, and she started parroting some other ignorant verbiage she likely recites to others in order to turn away business. I am completely aware of when my daughter should go to an ER, as we have had to go that route before. To be spoken to in such a way was absolutely insulting. When the "conversation" reached a point where it was clear that an intelligent exchange would not be possible, I let her know that the reviews online are accurate, and hung up the phone. The last time I posted an online review was about five years ago regarding a horrible eatery, so it is a VERY big deal for me to write this. I called today, Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at about 1pm et. Unbelievable.

We checked their website prior to coming in to make sure they would treat our under 6 child for the issue she was having. Website gave restrictions for a state we dont live in, so we figured it was good for them to treat our under 6 child. Once we got there and in to see the nurse, we were then told sorry, our guidelines es dont allow us to treat that under age 6 in this state. Before anybody wastes their time with this company, better call and make sure they have the expertise to treat more than a cough, sore throat, or flu type symptoms. Nice concept for a company, but not well executed or organized.

Warning. The reception does EVERYHING in her power to turn you away. She apparently hates her job and would rather see a child suffer being sick than to get you into the doctor. Pathetic
