To put it very simply, do not go there. I have a family doctor I normally go to but being I felt I just needed a simple prescription, I went here since my doctor was booked full and I needed to be treated before things got any worse. The entire experience was a miserable waste of my time; the lady I saw spent more time arguing with me than she did trying to help me solve my issue. She constantly rolled her eyes and condescendingly laughed if I told her my experiences varied from what she believed. She wasnt very helpful and I will not be back, ever. Her attitude was one of the worst I have ever seen on a person Ive had the displeasure of meeting. DO NOT GO HERE.

Absolutely worst expierence ever, do not waste your time. My boyfriend went as he was having the same symptoms as I had the week before. I had a nasty sinus infection which only cleared up with antibiotics. He was told that if he didnt feel better to call back after a few days, and of course his infection didbt clear up. On calling back the lady that took his call was extremely condensing, and told him that all he needed was Sudafed. He had explained that he had already taken otc medicine but not feeling better. They are horrible and a waste of time. He will now do what he should have in the first place and go and see a real medical professional. .

Nurse Keller was exceptionally caring and helpful. I had a nasty strep infection and she not only prescribed me a stronger antibiotic to better fight the losing battle to strep, but was very concerned I may have had the flu. Turns out it was only strep, but I felt the care was stellar, making sure I wasnt infested with the more serious flu. Would recommend and visit again, hopefully not too soon!

I love the Hebron location. Sandy is always professional and personable. Diana is efficient and welcoming. We have seen them the most at the Hebron location. We saw Beth for the first time today and it was another wonderful experience.

Had the worst experience ever. Corporate office in TN would not help. Only good for kid school check up, not for any actual health problems. Pharmacist would be more helpful.
