I called to find out hours. I am NOT told to make an appointment or that they werent accepting any further patients. We leave right away from home which is like 10 - 15 minutes away. My son has an eye infection and basically needs a prescription written. Its 4:20 pm when we arrive. Some lady is checking out. As we walk up to registration the girl says wait and flips the sign to say not accepting any further patients today (rude). Told her I called and was told open until 5:00 pm. She became argumentative and said this is a walk up clinic. I said thats to be open until 5. Told me to call corporate if I had a problem with it. DONT ADVERTISE SEEING WALK IN PATIENTS DURING HOURS OF 9 - 5 AND THEN DENY THEM. VERY VERY BAD!

The nurse was very helpful. You can even know the approximate wait time so that you dont have to wait. Also, no appointments needed. I would highly recommend Little Clinic if you are looking for a quick check up and avoid the length hospital bills; not to mention the time you have to wait to get an appointment.

They didnt take my insurance. And couldnt take cash, credit or check either. Im sure its part of the new Obamacare designed for all Americans to have access to healthcare (ironic, huh!). The Little Clinic should make that obvious on their website before patients invest their time at the clinic.

I went to the clinic yesterday and the nurse, Sandra Smith, was very friendly and knowledgable. She took care of my concern and answered all my questions. I would defintely recommend this clinic to anyone and be returnig as well!

I had severe congestion in my sinuses with ear pain and my primary care doctor didnt have any openings for days. I was seen in under an hour at 4:00pm and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I plan to go back in the future!
