I had a good experience ON THE DAY I visited the office…not so much of a good experience a few weeks later when I received a bill in the mail for $766 for just a routine annual checkup. On the day I was there I was told my insurance would cover everything, but I guess they didn’t take the time to check if this was true as it actually covered nothing. So I don’t go to the doctor often but I thought it might be a good idea to have an annual checkup for once just to make sure I was all good. I assumed that at a doctor visit you could discuss any issue you were having and they would give you advice but apparantly if you complain about any other problems you might be having at an annual checkup that aren’t considered “Normal” you get charged an extra $400 dollars for a separate visit. If I had known this I would have just asked for the blood test to check on any vitamin deficiencies and whatnot and skipped the consultation. I just feel that the doctor should have told me I would be charged extra for asking the questions I asked at the visit. If I had known I would have kept the questions to myself as the answers I was given were the same as what I’d researched before even coming into the office. I just wanted an actually doctors opinion but I guess that comes with a high price. So in summation if you have good insurance for checkups and visits that will cover your entire cost then go for it I guess but if you’re not sure if your insurance is good or if you are self paying then stay away from here.

The staff is so friendly and does wonderfully to provide comfort and a quick in and out visit. I feel like all my questions are answered by the nurse Akia. Another nurse who takes my vitals is so friendly and concerned for me. They really make you feel like they care and want the best for you. Dr Scott Rappe is wonderful. He tends to all my needs and questions. He is smart, educated and really helps your health improve. He has a great bed side manner and can tell just by looking at me how Im feeling. Id recommend them to anyone!!

Im a new patient to Peachtree Medical however I would highly recommend this clinic. Ive had two visits there and have already determined that this is the clinic for me. Dr. Khan is absolutely wonderful. She has such a kind gentle spirit and she is so easy to talk to. Each staff member that I have had the pleasure to interact with has been nothing but kind and professional. I am so glad that my researching for primary care physician led me to this clinic

The group at Peachtree is remarkable and professional! Once inside the center, that anxious feeling about seeing the doctor just went away and was replaced with the feeling of visiting a good friend at home. Dr Rappe is particularly gifted with a great bedside manner, almost absent in todays antiseptic medical environment! The whole staff is not just professional, but extremely friendly and helpful even when the paper work isnt just right!

I moved to GA from Boston & Ive been here 2 mos. When you have a health history like mine (stroke, fibromyalgia, etc) you worry about having to find new Drs, but Dr. Rappe put my fears to rest in my 1st visit. I cannot even describe how happy I am with this office & my whole experience. He was warm, compassionate & knowledgeable. I am SO glad I chose this office & these Drs as my PCP.

Dr. Khon. Is the best doctor ever. She listen to my concerns about my health. She always give me and my family the best care. Her bedside manor is awesome. She always make me feel like family. She do what she say she is going to do. They have a great caring staff as well. Front desk staff and billing department are really Kind, helpful and perfessional.

Really a family atmosphere. Doctors are willing to listen to your concerns about your health and willing to direct you to the specialist you need to see if they arent able to help you themselves. Very caring staff, they make you feel like you are part of an extended family. Office staff are great at getting your messages to the doctors in a timely manner.

All of the medical staff and Dr Rappe is awesome he is my hubbys favorite Dr and nurse Connie is great I have seen the other Dr in this medical building and the waiting area is like sitting in your den instead of sitting in an medical waiting area we just love everything and everyone at Practice Medical Center .I would recommend the Drs here to anyone.

I have been seeing my doctors at this facility over 20 years, with 2 generations of doctors service their patients, and possible 3rd generation. This is a real family office as "Family Doctors " meaning, they take great care of me and my family member. As long as I still live in Georgia, I would not change my doctors.

Everyone was very friendly! Service was quick. The only thing that was different was they didnt have basic supplies like ace wraps or was told I would have to buy them myself. Doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful, she was able to answer all my questions and kept me informed. Thank you so much.

Dr. Rappe is not your old time do it this way or else advice giver. He listens to what you are experiencing and factors that into his analysis of test results to connect the dots and work with a patient on remediation of a health issue. Excellent listener and down to earth in his interaction

All the times Ive been here the waiting room. I sit in the waiting room at least an hour. When Im finally called back to a room I sit there anywhere from 1 to 2 hours before the doctor comes in. They are as slow as Christmas. You could get sick and due waiting on these people.

I was extremely anxious about changing doctors. Both the doctors and nurses made me feel at ease. I love Dr. Rappee. I am extremely comfortable with him and I know he will take time at each visit to discuss any issues I am having. I couldnt be happier.

Dr Khans office new to me for 2017, my insurance has changed, so I had to find a new Doctor. Was terrified, have a few health issues. This office is wonderful. Saw PA today shes awesome too. They take good care of there patients.
