I had been a patient for a year and felt that the office staff was very responsible. Until I was told that I would need a MRI done on my shoulder. So I asked one of staff member (Shanon )if she would make sure that my insurance approved the MRI. She contacted me and advice me that my insurance had approved and to go ahead and have the MRI done. So I did what she asked and weeks later I get a bill from the image center stating that my insurance never confirmed anything with her. I called her and she said that she would take care of it. But now I have a $3,000 collection on my credit. So I called her again and she stated that she thought it was what was on my policy with a nonchalant attitude . Really? !!!

I wouldnt advise anyone going here, 2 weeks ago I was told I had bronchitis and was told to call back if the medication didnt help, I gave a few days it didnt, I called they never called back, I ended up in the ICU on life support with the flu and Pneumonia ,I really hate to give 1 star wish I could give negative 5 stars!!!!

never listens and can never make an appointment over the phone. I always have to go in cause no one will answer the phone with no way to leave messages the phone just cuts out after youve waited so long for an answer. hatr it for real.
