Ive been coming to this doctor since 2012. I always saw DR.MURRAY himself . When you call to get results another person tells you which is fine. 2014 I was told my annual exam results came back fine but wasnt told the whole story about my overall health from blood work. (Not until 2016 was I told I had a deficiency) also that year I was also charged with an incorrect fee .. Went in for routine female annual checkup Someone put a code into insurance that had absolutely nothing to do with my check up this wasnt covered by insurance I was charged , the office shares it wasnt them and insurance swore it was... This was resolved in 2015 after going back and forth for months. This year i dont know whats going on but service is worse with the new hires , the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. Ive seen Dr.carter twice - what I originally went with questions of my own and a routine exam- results came back normal but my questions still havent been answered. Every time you call you get someone new, having to explain the process over and over again is frustrating. (Not the persons fault who answers the phone) The student doctors that get on the phone to tell you your results but Im not sure they understand some questions and they dont know exactly how to answer so your being put on hold every question to get an answer from who knows who. Ive been given incorrect information. With my 2nd exam come to find out the swab even wasnt tested. WTF. (HOWEVER I was told by a student 2weeks ago it was and it was normal) Like clearly Im frustrated and dr.carter had the nerve to get on the phone today to say but "wait you want something" ... Clearly because what Ive come in for and seen you twice for hasnt been resolved or answered correctly. I will never go back. I wouldnt recommend this place anymore. Over the years its changed.

Dr Murray dont come to work until closing time. I understand he works at other offices. But its useless to set an appointment until 4pm because thats when the doctor gets there. Dont get wrong he is a magnificent doctor with great skills and is very kind he just needs to work on being on time.

Came at 9:30. Still hadnt been seen until around 11:30.. the dr was nice though, but the over booking of patients is wrong on every level
