The doctors are knowledgeable and easy to work with. The issue I have with them is that I always show up on time and have YET to be seen by the nurse before 45 minutes after my scheduled time, then another 15-30 minutes before seeing the doctor. Its really unprofessional and not just because of an especially busy day, its every visit, which makes me feel like my time isnt valuable to them when it should be.

The doctor is awesome and been going to him for 3 yrs. office staff is horrible. If you have insurance and you need a prior authorization dont think youre going to ever get it done because the office staff acts like they dont want to help you. Ive had to go up to a week without my medication because their only open a couple of days a week. Pitiful
