I just recently visited the one in Fairfield, Ohio on Wessel Dr. and I am guessing the nurse practicioners name was Sierra (Im guessing since she hurriedly told me her name.) My 7 year old presented for a flu shot and I figured we would go here to save a trip to the doctors. My daughter sat up on table and Sierra had a flu shot and jammed it into her upper arm-shoulder area in such a way that my daughter didnt even have time to react and went very pale. I took her down and Sierra said goodbye in such a rude way I felt so horrible for even bringing my daughter in there. Then when I was leaving, she ran out of her room and flagged me down saying she forgot to take all of my insurance information and she needed my card and I needed to sign the papers. Shouldnt this be done before the shot is administered? I didnt get a flu shot paper or anything just sent on our way. She quickly ran back out with my card and no have a nice day or anything just another quick condescending goodbye. I am so upset I will never return and have learned my lesson that this is not the place I want my family visiting for things that dont require a visit from our family doctor.

My mother went there when she wasnt feeling good. She was the next in line when an employee of Kroger came in with her son. The visible computer screen showed her first then the employee and her son were next. The doctor called the employee and her son first and made my mother wait 40 more minutes. When my mother asked the doctor why that happened she told her she didnt know my mother was there, and that she couldnt see the same computer screen. So if you are going there hope that an employee or someone the doctor knows dosnt come in while your waiting. She doesnt seem to care at all to make paying customers wait while her friends go first.

I we need there on 02/14/2017. I had a bad cold. They told me the doctor couldnt take my insurance. I said fine, I will pay cash. She said no you cant, that would be fraud. I had to walk out. That was unreal. Never in my life have I heard of such a thing. She wanted to go home because it was close to closing. If I go in there again and she is working in will walk out

Went to the Fairfield location to be treated for sinus infection. The person at the front desk was awesome....however when I went in exam room, the nurse prac. that I saw was so quick, like she wanted me gone! She checked my ears, nose, and throat, and wrote scripts and sat in her chair, dismissing me. This took 3 minutes tops! Will never ever go there again.

A total and complete joke, dont waste your time. They recommend you to urgent care a lot for simple things, the worst place on the planet that charge 300 time more for the service. Urgent care and little clinic are hand in hand, watch you wallet. The medical scam gets bigger and bigger.

First visit to the little clinic Fairfield very disappointed told the wait would be 1.5 hours due to the provider had not had lunch. Didnt even ask why we were there. Thanks for the TLC Kroger U.C. urgent care is that good!!!

Great service. They took exceptional care of my 5 year old when he had strep. There was even an insurance issue with the pharmacy and the nurse went over and above to help us out. Highly recommend.

Going on 2 1/5 hours quest I should have went to my pcp. Groceries bought had to come back from pharmacy only 1 rx sent over. So I know better next time.
