On Friday last, my daughter went to the Little Clinic. She was concerned about a bad cold, which had settled in her lungs causing her to cough a lot and gave every appearance of being bronchitis. She arrived at 7:05p.m. She was told, in a completely unsympathetic manner that there were 2 patients ahead of her and that since they were closing at 8p.m., they wouldnt be able to see her. The manner of the woman delivering this news was very rude. There are too many Urgent Care clinics out there now for anyone to NEED to use this particular one - so we will never go there again to be treated so poorly!

Ive been here quite a few times but lately their service is a little lacking. Im not sure they are used to dealing with a big number of customers. The lady at the front desk largely ignored me for the 15 minutes I was standing in front of her. In her defence, she did seem busy but I just needed an acknowledgement that Im going to be attended to. It takes 3 seconds to say "Ill be with you in 5 min". Even their online reservation system is crap because I used it. Asked me to come 1 HR and 40 min later. I came on time and they still stuffed me behind everyone. Thats not how it works.

Great! Could not have been better. Came in with less than 5 minutes until closing. I didnt think I would get in, but not only did I get in but I never felt rushed. Actually, they took a lot of time to talk about how I was feeling, why this is happening, and what they can do to help. Both people I met could not have been nicer. I wish I could remember the name of the Nurse Practitioner because she was wonderful. Now the crazy part, they called me at home on Monday, after my visit on Friday night, just to ask how I was feeling. Super impressed!

The front nurse just ignored me and other customers and just told us to sign in, if we had questions she didnt even make eye contact till it was our time to give our infomation then she was super friendly. After checking in it was fast and they were nice.

I like the little clinic at arbor square. It s close to my location. The longest time I had to wait was 30 minutes. I really like Nurse Carly Nicholas, she is really good at what she does.

Nurse was not very friendly and rude. We will be going back to Urgent Care next time there is a need.
