Ive been seeing Dr. Fitz for quite some time now. Hes an amazing doctor and couldnt see myself going to see anyone else. However, the front desk staff/receptionist(s) are very rude. A few years ago I enjoyed going to the doctor and the front desk ladies were lovely, but it has slowly gone down hill. You definitely dont get the customer service like you used to.

WOW! No personality. Its not just the doctor, but the whole office seems to have a stick up where the sun does not shine. I miss the days when family doctors actually said hi how are you. Thanks for spending a whole 5 minutes with my wife on her very first and what will be her very last visit. Advice, get some people skills from Dr. Litrell.

The staff has no personality. The staff does not give the messages to the doctor. How many people do they need in the room to take care of 1 patient. Have not been impressed.
