I waited for 2.5 hours to been as a walk in patient. I receiving a shot I was not better by the next day. Lesson learn go back to NORTH OAKS WALK IN AND PAY FOR IT OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET. North Oaks dont take my insurance so I tried with ppl that do. Never again. Just to a a little update. Its Sunday now and Im still not one bit better than I was the day I went to this clinic. They must have put water in my syringe, if this was a steroid shot I shouldve done been feeling better. They need to shut the doors on the place.

The staff is great with the exception of Mrs Rebecca Bombet. Shes overly aggressive, intrusive, and judgemental. She assumes everything you say is a lie if you live a lifestyle not to her standards. I thought our first visit was just her having a bad day. Decided to give her another try, and was reassured that I did not want her services anymore. When she found out I switched therapist she was rude to me. The only reason Im giving such a low rating is because of her service.

Not very good because thet is never a doctor on duty, all you get to see and talk to is over glorified nurses, and you never see the same person when you go, I find that very Im professional and to be poor quality of service.

The staff at RKM are AMAZING! The sign in desk, the nurses, the therapists, the psych np, and the medical assistants have given me back my life! I am still on my recovery road but my life is livable again! Sincerely, Tracy H

Doctor on staff, with Nurse Practitioners working the pateints. Always had great service and friendly staff. Been there several times myself and with family. I wont go anywhere else. We love the Nurses Ms Mary and Jason.

Some of the people here (and RKM at my childs school) need more mental evaluation than their patients..also, it would be much appreciated if the irresponsible mishap..(closing time on here 6p.m.) would be corrected to 5p.m.

Horribly rude and doctors quit here regularly.
