If youre looking for one-on-one, specialized treatment with human contact then look elsewhere. I went to ATI on a referral from my primary care physician for muscle pain in my neck. The first two appointments I met with a physical therapist who was very kind but the appointments consisted mostly of being connected to a TENS Unit with a hot towel on my neck while the physical therapist was off attending to other customers. For my third appointment, I arrived and it was a different physical therapist that asked me to start by sitting in a chair and doing neck stretches while I waited for a machine that they only had one of. I said I had already done the stretches before my appointment and then I was asked to sit for 10 minutes and wait for the machine to open up. The therapist said the plan was for me to do neck stretches, the machine, then go to the TENS unit. This was all while the therapist was attending to at least 6 or 7 other patients. I cancelled my appointment and all further appointments. At ATI, clearly I was just a number to be cycled through with as little contact as possible so the therapists could attend to as many patients at one time as possible. Ill vote with my wallet and take my business elsewhere.

I love everyone there! Being a nurse myself I know how hard the medical field can be, but these employees make it look effortless. They are all professional and kind . They are even flexible with their schedules if you happen to miss one. I have already recommended them to several people!
