My husband had vertigo for 2 1/2 weeks and doctors just gave him medicine and all it did was make him sleepy. My Aunt went to a therapist in Binghamton and it worked. We were desperate so I googled a therapist who aligned inner ear crystals in syracuse ny. This what brought me to PT Therapy ~ we saw the video and this is what my Aunt said they did to her. I called at 7am and got in the same day!!! Kevin was the therapist and he was WONDERFUL!!!! He explained everything that was happening and what he was going to do. He put my husband threw a few maneuvers and bingo he was better! Kevin even called that evening to see how Joe was doing! The next morning everything was back to normal after a nightmare of 2 1/2 weeks. Joe went back the next day to make sure and he has been fine ever since. We cant thank Kevin enough and the staff at PT Therapy Pine St. is by the far the BEST!!! Thank you!

first I was told that I do not have to pay any co-pay. When I reached there for my appointment I was rudely told that I would have to pay $10 because my insurance would pay only $50. when I asked them why they confirmed over the phone that there would be no copay on my insurance, a rude staff member said that they charge $60. I was shocked when she asked me "DO You Want to stay or go" in a very very rude manner. The Physical therapist , Mr. John was nice and intervened and offered to pay $10 (I paid in the end). The story didnt end there, now they have sent me a bill of $125 and threatning me to pay that bill. It is shocking because I am a student and I asked them 10 times about the charges and at the center, they informed me that the total charges would be $60 and thereby charged me $10 as copay... Why have they sent me this bill of $125 ????? I feel cheated .

Good Therapists they have helped me a great deal!
