Over the last five years, I have been a frequent visitor at Hartz Physical Therapy in Lititz following a shoulder surgery and multiple knee surgeries. Each time, I returned to Hartz because of their high level of care, great personalized rehab programs, and amazing staff. While still in high school and currently in college, the staff at Hartz always worked hard to make sure my class schedule fit into what times they had available. From the moment I stepped in the door I felt welcome with the wonderful ladies at the front desk who always greeted me with a warm smile. I never had to wait long and was always taken back almost immediately. I mainly worked with the dynamic duo of Brian and Kelly, but I also had the pleasure to work with just about everybody else in the office throughout my different rehabs. No matter the physical therapist or assistant, I always felt that I was receiving the highest care possible. I was definitely pushed to work hard, as with any rehab program, but I also felt that Hartz went above and beyond to have conversations with their patients. They truly care about your progress and healing and are also there to joke around with you and keep your mind off of some of the hard tasks at hand. If you or a loved one is looking for a physical therapy organization for your rehab, I would highly suggest any of the Hartz Physical Therapy offices.

I first used Hartz PT back in about 2006 following back surgery. I worked with Hayden and others in the Lititz office. I always found them to be a very friendly group and the environment felt that way. I think the best judge for me is how I feel about going to my sessions. Given the reality that most were painful, I always enjoyed going to my appointments. Since then I have tried many of the other local PT organizations, some directly related to the local hospitals or the surgeons office as well as independent offices. I have used them for treatment on the back, knees, ankles and shoulders. Although I found most of them good, I have decided to return to Hartz after my Total Knee Replacement revision. I consider this as the best recommendation I could make. From reception to the therapists I find them professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and just plain good at what they do. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends as well as anyone looking for one of the best Therapy groups in the Lancaster area.

Ive been to this practice for a variety of problems over many years. I have always been super happy with the treatment by my therapist and the friendliness of the staff. I found the running clinic to be super helpful. I saw both Bobby Longenecker and Drew Nesbitt and they analyzed my form and detected some imbalances. They offered a plan to address these issues, and have allowed me to become a stronger runner. They are both highly accomplished runners themselves, so they understand some of these issues better than a non-runner. I highly recommend them for any running ( or other) injury/problem. I most recently saw Bobby after a shoulder injury. He quickly diagnosed my injury, determined it wasnt serious, and developed a plan to fix it. Three weeks later, Im as good as new. A visit to a high quality therapist like Bobby, can save you wasted time and money with your family doctor AND get you quicker recovery! They can also recommend a referral if you have a bigger problem.

I had a wonderful experience with HARTZ Physical Therapy. Everyone who works there is friendly and understanding. Over the course of the two months I was treated there, the team worked tirelessly to help me overcome my problems. I was helped by numerous people who functioned as a cohesive team to prepare and implement a detailed and specialized plan, as well as monitor my progress and provide some much needed encouragement. Simply put, their assistance was crucial to my recovery. Everyone is extremely knowledgable, and was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with the reassurance that I would resume normal activities. By the time my physical therapy was over I left feeling stronger and more confident than ever. I highly recommend HARTZ, and know that if I ever have any other problems the amazing staff at HARTZ Physical Therapy will be there to help me out.

I went to Hartz Physical Therapy in Lititz after having a decompression and fusion in my neck from C3-T1. I had a great experience there. I seen Wendy and Wayne twice a week for 3 months and quite frankly looked forward to those visits. Not only did they help me to gain strength in my neck and shoulders while I was there, they sent me home with an easy to follow regimen I can do at my leasure once I was finished going into their office. I not only miss the great massages these 2 would give me after each session, but I also miss their friendship. After such a long time with them, you really leave there feeling like you have just made 2 really great new friends. I also feel great having gone through the program with them and would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

Hartz has been extremely helpful to me and my family over the last several years. Personally, Ive had the opportunity to work with Dr. Drew on two separate occasions in the Lititz office. He came highly recommended by his other patients and he did not disappoint. He is very knowledgeable and friendly at the same time. He explains everything about your treatment in full detail while keeping it all understandable to the average patient (without a medical background). He is friendly and very easy to talk to. Everyone on his staff is the same way. Thank you Dr. Drew and Chantel for helping my shoulder surgery recovery go way better than I ever expected. I will not hesitate to return to Hartz in the future when necessary.

Having a shoulder injury my junior and senior years of playing volleyball was one of the most frustrating things Ive had to deal with, but the staff here understood me. My physical therapist Bobby made me always want to go back because he was able to help me get back in my game, and he showed interest in my life while I was there. As a result, Im now studying something very similar to physical therapy in college because he, along with others, made my time at physical therapy as positive as it could have been. I definitely recommend Hartz to anyone who needs extremely beneficial physical therapy.

Through the years, Hartz PT has been there for our family! Whether its healing a dancer’s foot, a runner’s knee, or a couple of nagging backs, the Therapists and Staff have been wonderful! We have worked with Wayne, Drew and Brian along with numerous other staff. Everyone has really LISTENED to our specific concerns, developed a plan that works best for individual healing and motivated us to a recuperation and, most importantly, a return to a full life! We can not say enough about the care and compassion provided to our family through the whole team at Hartz!

I would highly recommend Hartz Physical Therapy. Most of my therapy was done at the Lititz office. I actually needed therapy 3 different times in the past 4 years. Every time I returned to Hartz. Staff is always friendly and knowledgable. While I worked with several PT assistants and aides who were all very good, I cant say enough about the team of Drew and Laura. Both so likable, and could actually get me to laugh during some of my hard therapy recovery. Therapy is never fun but these two made it ok. Everyone does a great job there.
