Same complaint as everyone else. The office staff in Newport News is the absolute worst. My wife went for a hip replacement. Numerous times appointments were made, and then upon arrival, they claimed she was not scheduled. This happened even after appointments were confirmed. Once, they claimed she wasnt a patient at all. After the surgery, we had a HORRIBLE time getting pain meds filled. The office staff simply wouldnt send the prescription to the Wmbg office. A couple of times this resulted in her having no pain meds over the weekend. Also believe they are involved in insurance fraud. After the hip surgery, she was required to do a drug screen to insure she was taking the meds and not selling them. The company they said she had to use charges $4,000 for a drug screen. When we got the bill for our portion, it was $1,000. Tried calling the drug screen clinic repeatedly, but no one ever called back. Finally left a message saying we were reporting them for insurance fraud, and had a response within ten minutes. We were told not to worry about paying the $1000. Still reported them. After that, the drug screen was no longer "required". Last straw was she needed a bone spur removed on her foot. Scheduled everything through the Podiatrist there, but then they called and said our insurance had been canceled as on 1/1/17. I called the insurance company and confirmed it was still good. Found out the problem was the insurance company would not pay for the Podiatrist. They would only cover an orthopedic surgeon. We called back and spoke to Pam, asking if we could simply switch doctors within the practice. She said "thats against our procedure" and hung up on my wife. Weve now switched to Tidewater Orthopedic, whom we highly recommend!

The two times weve had appts with dr sending both times weve been left in the waiting room for over an hour. No explanation besides the drs running late. They charge you if you miss an appt or flat out wont see you if youre late. This is not alright. We make appts for a reason to be seen a t your appt time here wont happen. Very very dissatisfied!!!!! Appt time was for 1040 still waiting!!! Ridiculous!!!!! What do you do if you have an appt scheduled for noon? Oh yeah make another appt just to sit in the waiting room. Cant wait much longer Ive got a job too and if Im late I could get fired.this place dont care though. Oh wow finally called our name after waiting for well over an hour!!! And still have never seen the actual dr just his assistant. Wonder why insurance rates are high here you go. Drs should be held responsible running late everyday is unacceptable!! Would never recommend this place to anyone

Do not see John Aldridge! He is terrible. He is always behind and when you finally see him he spends only a minute with you! Doesnt observe your reason for your visit. He solely goes off xrays and MRI scans he doesnt go over with you and simply says "nothing is wrong". Maybe if he spent more time asking questions and observing the problem area he would have an clue. The amount of money they bill your insurance should be robbery when they dont even see you longer than a minute and do nothing to resolve the problem. While I waited in the waiting room for over an hour I heard others grumbling about their "doctor" experience with him as well so I know I am not alone in my frustration. The facility is great and the staff is great. Just see any other "doctor" but Aldridge!

My appointment was made a month ago. Not one person in ur office could call me and let me know yall didnt take my insurance until day of appointment. And your billing lady needs a major attitude adjustment. I would have paid upfront but not after the way she acted smacking her lips and rolling her eyes how unprofessional! I will defenitly find somewhere else to go where I feel like I will be taken care of from the moment I walk in. Including the way ur people at the front desk handle themselves and ur billing department! First impressions are everything!!!

Terrible experience. Sat in the waiting room with my wife 45 minutes after her scheduled appointment. Finally, we were taken back and after more waiting, Dr.Aldridge showed up. He barely introduced himself, never apologized for being late and didnt even properly dignose my wifes back pain. He was in the room no more than 5 minutes. Please dont give Dr. Aldridge your business. Seriously considering reporting this to the state.

Horrible place! You cant get anyone on the phone and they rip off your medical insurance I paid cash for a office visit because my copay was more than the fee for the office visit and the doctor took my payment and still billed my insurance company for the visit. I requested my medical records filled out the form two months later and I still havent heard anything about them being ready. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!

Im not getting the care I need . I was there last Thursday was told I needed a CT scan been waiting for appointment . This is been going on since the 25 I was in the emergency room for a very bad fall they said see the doctor asap. Ive been Getty the run around. Im in pain I cant walk something needs to be done Im over it.

Is there like a super top secret phone number to call to actually talk to someone. I have been calling for days and have pressed different options and the phone just rings and rings and rings. This isnt the first time either. Ive previously tried calling and I think it was a week before I finally got someone.

I was out of town in Hampton and broke my ankle. Every office I called to be seen turned me down since it was the day before Thanksgiving. This office made sure I was seen and got treatment that same day. I was so impressed. Everyone was helpful and three weeks later my ankle is healing really well.

I never thought I would have to use a place like this, however, my fingers were throbbing, so my cousin referred me and I seen Dr. Baddarr..he is the best, gentle, kind, funny and very patient. The staff is very pleasant and to be a new patient, I was seen pretty swiftly. No complaints here
