If I could meet with Arianne at Kinetics in West Chester 2 days a week forever I would. She is warm, compassionate, motivating and so informed about the human body and physical therapy. She greets you with a smile that makes you want to do whatever it takes to be fit. She takes a broad view of the presenting problem, assessing your whole body and educating you on the connections between breathing and physical and emotional health. She observes you in detail as you progress through each of the various exercises she recommends, and she knows just how to adjust your positions to make the exercise most effective. Arianne expects you to do all the exercises at home daily. I am amazed at the difference it has made for me in such a short time! I recommend Kinetic to anyone who will listen. The therapists are extremely thorough. My daughter had gone to PT in the past at other places, but it wasnt until we went to see Arianne at Kinetic did we realize how much we had been missing. From the first intake evaluation which was extremely thorough to graduation day, (and even beyond), we knew Kinetic was EXTRAORDINARY! Thank you! My daughter is back to her favorite sport and has been playing injury free for three years.

I am 73 and have always been active, which indicates I may have had injuries. I had visited physical therapists in several cities where I have lived. Kinetic is by far the best place because they gave me the best treatment that led to the best results. I would definitely recommend them. Every program is based on a persons needs and is regularly updated to keep the healing process optimized. Their staff is outstanding. I am so glad that I found them.

This small facility has everything you need and more. Friendly staff and personal attention. If your recovery requires pool therapy or special equipment not available in the gym your therapist has at their disposal all of ACAC the help you recover. Best therapy in the area.
