I loved my experience at this PT office from beginning to end. Right when you walk in, you are greeted by smiling receptionists that are more than willing to tend to your needs. I had Jessica as my Physical Therapist, who went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible during my treatment. I strongly encourage people to seek treatment here. The staff is phenomenal. It was nice to walk in and see everyone enjoy their job as much as they did. I was hesitant and slightly embarassed to start physical therapy, but when I had my last session I was sad that I wouldnt be going back!

Mark did treatment on the wrong side of my body, I was hurt on another part of my body when he knew I had existing problems there but did not give proper treatments and lied about getting orders from my dr to treat the newly hurt part because he and his wife couldnt get enough money or days of treatment out of my comp company, he could have gotten it out of my medicare that I received , yes that would have been fraud on top of battery and negligence ? malpractice, yup I did not sue him because you cant sue anyone and be treated in this town.

I have had Mark treat me and my family members on numerous occasions over the years. Living in Cicero, I have access to other practices close by, but with Mark and his staff, they have treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. In all instances I have been thoroughly pleased with my treatments and if there were any billing or insurance issues, they were handled or explained in the easiest manner. He and his staff have treated me and my husband over the past 10 years for neck,shoulder, feet,bells palsey and knees.They are courteous, accommodating and have become like family over the years.I have seen wonderful compassion with the senior citizen patients. Mark treats his patients with respect and dignity.He and his staff share an amazing sence of humor which often times helps when healing from illness and injury.

My daughter had an injury and the staff provided the exercises and treatment that got her back quickly to her full time activities.
