Dr. Romero is fantastic! She is a dying breed: a single practitioner in primary care medicine. If you call her office a HUMAN will answer. She will spend time with you and actually listen. (Yes, she will tell you to exercise and lose weight; she doesnt coddle her patients.) She wont leave you waiting for hours in the waiting room. She is great. There are few like her left. Concierge service without the concierge fees! I cant say enough good things about her.

Dr. Romero is wonderful. She takes the time to listen to you. She actually REMEMBERS things about your family and asks about them. She is like a small town doctor in a big city (but with great knowledge). I agree with the other poster too. She doesnt coddle, if you need to lose weight to fix your problems, thats what you need to do then.

Dr. Romero is a wonderful physician. She is an excellent diagnostician. She takes time and listens to your concerns and her advice is always the best. She also has a wonderful office staff who are equally kind and always go out of their way to be helpful. I feel very lucky to have her as my doctor.

I had to wait two and a half hours past my appointment time just to be seen. Patients who had later appointment times were placed ahead of me, and when I asked about this, the desk staff had nothing to say. After the wait, Dr. Romero was great and always seems to get everything straight.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Romero. Impressive. She was easy to talk to, very thorough, and seemed to be a genuinely kind person. I believe I have finally found a dependable doctor who cares about her patients. In addition the office staff was very friendly.
