Dr. Christie is a terrific doctor! He has been my doctor since 2000--it is the first time in my life that I have had such consistency in my medical care. The blood pressure medications he prescribe have ,kept my blood pressure under control all this time! Every referral that he has made has been to an excellent doctor, and all the specialists as well as the nurses and other doctors at Anne Arundel hospital always speak of Dr. Christie with great respect. Dr. Christie has really helped me as I begin the transition from late middle age into old age. His interest and care are both thoughtful and consistent. I feel very, very lucky to have Dr. Christie as my primary care physician....I would not consider changing doctors so my decisions regarding my supplementary insurance are based on whether I am able to continue with Dr. Christie. The evening staff has been great--I cant say the same about the daytime staff as they dont seem to be able to get any of my messages to Dr. Christie. I cannot imagine anyone being disgruntled with Dr. Christie: hes good; hes up to date with meds; hes thorough; he no nonsense. Again, I just thank my lucky stars that I happened to find such a good doctor after a couple of very,very frustrating years with Potomac Physicians. Elizabeth Madlener

Dr. Christie is an amazing doctor. Dr. Christie is genuine and sincere. Dr. Christie takes the time to sit down and listen to what is going on with you. Dr. Christie has an excellent bedside manner. whenever you go to visit Dr. Christie, you can tell that he cares about you and whatever may be ailing you. When visiting Dr. Christie, he gets to know you. He treats you like a person and not a number. Dr. Christie remains true to his hippocratic oath. Because of this his patients receive outstanding care. I was truly blessed to have found Dr. Christie. I have recommended Dr. Christie to several people,and I will continue to recommend him. When you go to see Dr. Christie,there may be a slight wait,but the wait is well worth it. You will be seen by someone who will take the time to sit and explain your situation,talk to you in lay terms that you can understand,and take the time to answer questions from you. When seeing Dr. Christie you will never feel like you are being rushed. If more Doctors in this country would only be like Dr. Christie,there would be far less complaints about the health care in this country. Dr. Christie is one of kind,and if you go to see him you will realize that.

I went to Dr. Christie due to a referral. He is the single best physician Ive ever had. He listens, he cares and he treats you like a person with feelings and not just a patient that he collects money from. Hes been my PCP for over a year now and I wish I had found him 10 years ago. It would have saved me a lot of pain and suffering. I have a genetic disease, lupus and epilepsy and he takes care of me like no other physician ever has. I would suggest that everyone who is dissatisfied with their current PCP go to Dr. Christie immediately. You wont regret it. And I love his staff, they are incredibly helpful to me whenever a situation arises or I need some help or questions answered. A+ for Dr. Christie and his staff. Thank you for allowing me to be your patient.

Rude staff for sure. The other reviewer who said this was correct. I walked in and was asked what I needed...when I said I wasnt a regular patient the staff person rolled her eyes and said "okay" while dropping her mouth and shoulders like I was either stupid or wasting her time. I couldnt believe it and walked out. There are too many other services out there than to deal with such behavior.

Dr. Christie is a great doctor with a no-nonsense approach to medicine. He takes time with his patients and is always interested in what you think about your health care! He is open till 8 pm most nights which is great if you work a 9 to 5 job. The walk-in appointments only is nice when you arent in a hurry, other than that I think Dr. Christie is great and would highly recommend him.

Horrible doctor. Spends 5 minutes with you and rushes you out the door. Both he and his staff are very rude and insulting. You would be better off waving some hippie crystal over your head than visiting this "doctor".
