I like Dr. Meltzer but she is too hard to get an appointment. Also I am always put on hold for long periods when trying to make an appointment. And Sandy a receptionist is extremely rude and should be taken off the phones. I will be changing doctors just to be able to get in the door and receive decent customer service. Also they lost a blood draw request twice and I had to call back several times to get it. Also I requested another doctor get blood draw results and the lab inside Dr. Meltzers office never sent it. This happens a lot.

Too long of a wait time ( over 2hour) Receptionist put you on hold without anyone in office I sat and watched them put off phone calls they could have answered. I drove from work to office on hold!wen I got there they were talking to each other I then called from back room n was put on hold again while they chatted more walking right by me on the phone on hold and they could care less! Sorry Doc but time to find a new Doc with good people
