I wish I could give zero stars because they give ZERO service. Called on a Tuesday they said I couldnt get an appointment until Monday!! And this was an appointment for a serious injury/illness. Have had this problem of not being about to schedule an appointment numerous times. Have been forced to go to patient first because this office has no availability. If you want to be able to actually see a doctor when youre sick DO NOT COME HERE!

Great experience..staffs are very professional..Dr McClain is the best such a humble Doctor..He takes his time, he listens to you.I will not trade him for no other Doctor..Also Customer service is great.Hv never ever being hang up on or waited on hold for a long time, Hv never waited for more than 5min to see my Doctor when ever I hv an appointment.
