Dear Mr. Trung It is with great regret and disappointment with your billing department and your service that I am writing you this letter. I have been one of your patients for over 7 years, from the time you had the mother and daughter only working for you. I felt comfortable coming to you for my medical services and advice. Since you took such a personal interest in my health. Unfortunately since you have expanded your service, if have become all about the money and not the patient. My last visit and billing issue made me make the decision to seek medical advice from another Doctor. On April 15th of this year I came to your office for my annual. I was touch once my the Doctors that stood in for you and was asked a series of medical questions in which I found strange since I have come to you for so many years. When I ask the Doctor he advise me it was protocol so I answered. With that said preventive care by my insurance is paid in full by my insurance company but due to the way it was billed due to those questions ask I am not being billed $25.00 co-pay. In which I feel should not be the case. I am writing this letter not about the money but how much you have change the all those elderly patients you have I’m sure you are taking advantage of since they might not be aware of their insurance policy. To conclude this letter enclose you will find that 25.00 co-pay. I will be seeking medical service from another Doctor, one that is for the patient and not the money. My wife and I have been using the service of Dr. Pham since 2013. He has always treated us with utmost professionalism and caring. His staff is well trained, very serviceable and courteous toward customers. The office is located in a new, modern, and very well maintained building which is part of Northwest Hospital. Dr. Phams office recently provides convenient and professional medical test service on the premise. Review dated May 2017.
